Creative thinking (creativity) is not a gift, it is an ability we all possess that can be applied to any field or endeavour. Our creative thinking faculties help us to brainstorm, problem-solve and innovate new ways forward. Balanced with our rational, linear thinking capacity, our creative thinking ability allows us to see new opportunities, improve wellbeing and efficiency and produce our best results. 

Facilitated creative thinking sessions help individuals and teams access their innate creativity to generate ideas and find solutions from within, by putting the judgemental voice of ‘reason’ momentarily to one side. Facilitated creative thinking sessions also help to bond teams and build rapport and unity within them, while empowering the individual. And they are FUN. 

With an open mind and a willingness to be inspired, we are all our own source of creativity ideas. Facilitation can help people access this creative source within.
